UI preferences (encoding type, charset, toggles, hex preview) may be stored locally under a site-specific prefix. Blog and feedback use the server when you submit or browse them.

We do not sell personal data. If analytics or ads are enabled later, this page will be updated. Analytics must never collect encode/decode payloads. PWA caching covers shell assets only — not your payloads.
